PRAESIDIUM WEALTH (PTY) LIMITED (IN LIQUIDATION)

Praesidium Wealth was placed in liquidation by way of a special resolution registered with CIPC on 15 September 2020.

On 6 November 2020, the Master of the High Court (Johannesburg) appointed TW van den Heever, MS Knipe, TTS Khumalo and J Khumalo as Joint Provisional Liquidators. Please see enclosed herewith the copy of the Provisional Certificate of Appointment.

We are in the process of gathering information and investigating the affairs of Praesidium Wealth.

We are not as yet in a position to advise creditors on the asset/liability position of Praesidium Wealth or the timeframe in which our investigations will be concluded and/or the timeframe in which payments will be effected.

We intend to facilitate communication with creditors and stakeholders by way of this dedicated website, which will provide information available, regular updates and which will set out the claims process. As soon as this is in place, the website address will be communicated to all concerned.

Kindly note that the First Meeting of creditors is scheduled to take place on 19 January 2021 at 10h00 before the Master of the High Court Johannesburg (6^th Floor, 66 Hollard Building, Cnr. Sauer & Marshall Streets, Johannesburg) per the enclosed Government Gazette advertisement.
